In 2007 Ramsau became home to the world's first "Bio-Golfplatz", an ecologically friendly golf course at the Kobaldhof where no artificial chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides are used to preserve the lush greens and fairways which contrast with the craggy peaks high above.
Highlights at the "Bio-Golfplatz" in Ramsau include:

- putting green
- 10-hole course
Tip! Beginners are welcome to play on the Bio-Golfplatz in Ramsau without being a member. Experienced coaches and rental equipment are available.
