Guests are welcome to check-in from 14:00. We kindly request that guests check-out by 10:00 at the latest. Upon request it may be possible to check-out later (may be subject to an additional fee).
The local tax is €3.50 per person aged 15 and over per night.
Double rooms are cleaned daily. Upon request the hand towels will be exchanged for fresh ones.
In the chalet apartments, the penthouse suite and the family suite there is a final cleaning on the day of departure, which will be charged in the amount of € 100 - € 120. An intermediate cleaning including a change of towels is possible, € 30.00 will be charged for the intermediate cleaning.
Guests are welcome to pay for their stay at the Rittis Alpine Chalets using cash, debit card or credit card.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. Pets are subject to an additional fee of €15/night (not including food). A fee may also be charged for cleaning at the end of your stay.
In order to confirm your booking, please send us written confirmation and a deposit of 30% within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation from us.
Yes. We have a number of partner sports shops with rental equipment.
There are 15 parking spaces (free of charge) in the underground garage as well as outdoor parking spaces
We have two parking spaces as well as one apartment and one double room which are wheelchair accessible. The spa reception/lobby and bistro are also wheelchair accessible.
According to §5 of the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006), guests are entitled to cancel their reservation up to 3 months before the date of arrival without having to pay a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made up to 1 month before the date of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of total price of the accommodation booked.
- Cancellations made up to 1 week before the date of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price of the accommodation booked.
- Cancellations made in the last week before the date of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price of the accommodation booked.
We recommend that guests purchase holiday cancellation insurance.
The buffet breakfast is included in the price for double rooms.
No. Guests are, however, welcome to book the buffet breakfast for an extra charge:
- €25 for adults
- €9 for children (6-14 years)
- € 9,- per child (3-5.9 years)
Breakfast time is from 07:30 to 10:00.
Alternatively, we are happy to offer a bread delivery service. If you order by 6 p.m. the day before, we will deliver fresh pastries directly to your apartment.
Children are very welcome at the Rittis Alpin Apartments. We have highchairs and cots for babies and toddlers.
