Yes, I consent to the automated collection and use of my data in accordance with the linked or attached declaration of consent. 

I consent in my own name to RITTISBERGBLICK HOTEL GMBH., RITTIS ALPIN CHALETS DACHSTEIN, Vorberg 613 – 618, A-8972 Ramsau am Dachstein (hereinafter the “Hotel”) processing my personal data, in particular 

• master data (surname, first name, principal residence, address, email address, mobile, telephone and fax number, professional and private contact details including contact persons and their roles, place of birth, date of birth, customer number, language and vehicle registration number, as well as car model)
• the data in identification documents (e.g. travel document, identity card, driving licence, etc., including issuing authority and validity period, nationality)
• arrival and departure date and booking duration, room number
• the services I request and personal preferences I disclose (such as food or pillow preferences), as well as allergies, intolerances, special needs and customer or special requests, date and type of services used and consumed, including special categories of data
• the data concerning the payment method and in connection with payments, in particular with EC cards, credit cards and bank cards
• customer feedback
• data containing image/audiovisual recordings 

​for the following purposes:

• Reservation of rooms and tables as well as other services, booking of rooms and services in the hotel and catering sectors, as well as their provision, handling and invoicing and that of other hotel services and services (B2B, B2C, FIT)
• customer care, including all correspondence required for this, handling of customer requests, billing for services
• booking and planning of events and functions of all kinds
• arranging and providing transport services and rental vehicles
• operation of wellness and fitness facilities, including arranging appointments, group training, booking additional services, advising customers, use of computer-controlled training equipment
• video surveillance of all entrances to the Hotel, all company-owned areas outside the Hotel and generally accessible premises within the Hotel building and associated outbuildings, as well as park grounds, for security purposes, e.g. to protect persons and property, in particular the property of Hotel guests and the Hotel.
• issuance of the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard or the Ramsau Gästekarte or Ramsau Wintercard 

Consent is also given to the transfer of the data to 

• cooperation partners such as Tourismusverband Ramsau am Dachstein, Schladming-Dachstein Marketing GmbH. and ARGE Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard
• online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Feratel, Expedia and their respective cooperation partners
• Kognitiv/Seekda (the Hotel's own online booking platform)
• Casablanca (the Hotel's own reservation software) 

and their vicarious agents.

I want the services associated with my use of the Hotel to be provided as effectively and with as little expenditure of time as possible, and my special customer requests to be allowed to be taken into account on an ongoing basis. For the purpose of providing me with optimal care, I wish 

• all my data specified in this declaration to be allowed, beyond the duration of my business relationship with the Hotel and
• for a maximum of 3 years beyond the longest statutory retention period applicable to the Hotel,
• to remain stored,
• so that these data may be processed in the event of a renewed use of the Hotel requested by me and
• transferred to third parties to the extent necessary. 

I have been informed that I am entitled to withdraw this consent, in whole or in part, at any time by notifying the Hotel.

I am aware that the Hotel's privacy policy can be accessed on its web portal at www.rittis.com, and I hereby confirm that I have read and understood it and agree to it.
